Three vehicles collide in Ireland; 2 dead, Malayalis seriously injured

Two people have died and several others, including Malayalis, were injured in a collision between a lorry, bus and car in Co Meath, Ireland. It is reported that Malayalis are among the injured. The accident took place on the R132 road in Gormanstown at 6.30 am yesterday. The drivers of the lorry and the bus died. Both died at the scene. The woman who was driving the car, who was seriously injured is being treated at Beaumont Hospital.

A teenage girl who was in the car is also receiving treatment at Temple Street Children’s Hospital with serious injuries. They are reported to be Malayalis. It is reported that 10 other people were admitted to hospitals with injuries in the accident. Their injuries are not serious. The road where the accident occurred was closed.

Gardaí have requested that anyone who witnessed the incident contact any Garda station or the numbers below. They have also asked that anyone who has dashcam footage of the incident contact Gardaí.
